Saturday: Rack of Lamb with potato gratin
Treat yourself to our finest 100% Irish, grass-fed lamb. Succulent, tender and delicious. Cooks in only 30-40 minutes.
To Cook
- Remove film, roast rack of lamb in a preheated oven at 180℃ for 30-40 minutes, or until cooked to your liking.
- The meat should be pink in the middle, tender and juicy. Delicious!
